An Arkansas high school newspaper was suspended for publishing article about transfer of football players

A high school newspaper in Arkansas was suspended after publishing an investigative article about a mid-season transfer of football players to another school in the district. The school demanded the story be taken down from the school website and suspended the newspaper while the district re-drafted its student press policy. Student journalists and the Student Press Law Center argue that this is a clear violation of the student's constitutional rights.
