Netflix Pulls Hasan Minhaj's Patriot Act Show From Saudi Servers After Legal Request From Saudi Government

In comedian Hasan Minhaj's Netflix Show, Patriot Act, he is often critical of government decisions, both in the United States and around the world. After an episode criticized Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Arabian government asked Netflix to remove the show from Saudi Arabian subscriptions. This kind of censorship in the US would be a clear violation of the First Amendment, but in Saudi Arabia, this curb on speech is perfectly legal. It just goes to show that different cultures treat free speech very differently around the globe.
