The Knight Foundation's recent study explores Twitter subcultures -- Black Twitter, Feminist Twitter, and Asian American Twitter -- and how they interact with the news. In its study, the Knight Foundation reported that, of the news outlets that cover topics important to these communities, 71% are perceived as negative.
